Silent Awareness
In silent awareness all beliefs and concepts dissolve in the fire of Now.

Beloved Advaitin!
"The Practical Advaita and the Theoretical Advaita are very different. In the Theoretical Advaita, the Self is the only reality, there is no Path and we are all already awakened. But Practical Advaita knows that there is a long way to go before the truth of these statements can become our living truth.
We would like also to create a few practical anti-pseudo-advaita statements:
' You are not Awakened unless you Awaken!'
' You are not That, unless you reach unity with Universal I AM! '
' There is no Path but only for those who Completed it! '
' There is nobody here, but only when somebody has dissolved! '
Until that time you are simply a suffering somebody who only tries to believe in being no one or entertains oneself by giving 'satsang.' "

Happy Gurupurnima!
Guru Purnima, the day of the fullest moon of the year, is dedicated to the Guru.
Always, when we talk about the Guru, when we talk about the attainment, it is never on the outside; it is always on the inside. Guru Purnima is such a beautiful example: don't look for the full moon outside. Look for the full moon within yourself. ~G.C

Now water is carried, wood is chopped!
A Zen Master was chopping wood. A man had come to enquire. He had heard the name of the Zen Master. It had been a long journey to come to the mountains where the Master lived with his disciples. He asked this woodcutter -- because he could not think that the Master would be chopping wood -- he asked this woodcutter, "I have heard about a great Zen Master who is enlightened. Where is he?" And the Master said, "Look at me! I am that!" The seeker thought this man to be mad. Still, to be polite with him -- and it is better to be polite with a madman.... And he had a great axe in his hand, and who knows? And he looked so ferocious....
And he said, "I am that! What do you want?"
He said, "So you are that great Master. What did you do before your enlightenment?"
He said, "I used to chop wood and carry water from the well."
"And now what do you do?"
He said, "I chop wood and carry water from the well."
And the man said, "Then what is the difference? Then what is the point of your enlightenment if you still chop wood and carry the water from the well?" And the Master laughed...
He laughed and said, "You fool! Before enlightenment I used to chop wood, I used to carry water. Now water is carried, wood is chopped.
I am not the doer; that is the difference."
And he said, "I am that! What do you want?"
He said, "So you are that great Master. What did you do before your enlightenment?"

The Art of Just-sitting!
This world is not at all static. It is a dynamic dance of silence, energy and intelligence. Practicing meditation, one needs to be extremely focused and sensitive. Meditation is an art form that takes us beyond ignorance. It is the essence of life. Whoever enters this path, truly for the first time enters life. ~Anadi
It's something else!
There is a way of living which is not based on the linear mind, where we are not relying on our memory, connecting different events. There is continuity of the mind but at the same time there is a spontaneous Wisdom. This Wisdom is coming from the Source. One does not remember, one cannot recollect but still one is responding in a proper way to what is expected, to the necessity of the Now. That is how sages or Self-Realised beings live. They are just responding. That which is responding and reflecting True Wisdom is not the linear mind. It is something else!~Anadi

Osho
If you can rejoice with me, you have understood me. If my music has touched your heart, it is enough. I'm not here to convert anybody. I'm just helping you learn a little dance of the soul. The dance of the soul is the most religious of phenomena, in which there is no fear of punishment and no greed of any reward. This moment is all in all.

The mind is a horrible boss but a wonderful servant! Thinking is not a problem. The problem is that the one to whom the thinking applies is fast asleep.

Thought Habits
Q: You say that thought is like a boat that takes you across the river of consciousness and once you get to the shore, you should leave the boat behind. What is the easiest and most effective way to leave the boat (the thought habit) behind.
A: Walk away from the boat. Simply cease creating thoughts. Meditation is a process of watching, not thinking. The only reason there is thinking is because you are unconscious and lost in repeating habits, and one of the strongest habits is thinking. It is simply that, a habit.
Once upon a time there was a country that encompassed all the countries of the world. And in that country there was a town that incorporated all the towns of that country; and in that town there was a street in which were gathered all the streets of the town; and on that street there was a house which sheltered all the houses of the street; and in that house there was a room that was all the rooms in that house and in that room there was a man, and that man personified all men of all countries, and that man laughed and laughed, and laughed and laughed, and no one was thinking.

Meditation...
...is this: effortless, intense, gentle, happens by itself, watching,
let-go, silly, here-now, a decision of consciousness, internal and universal, fun, orgasmic, without experience, experiential, being,
a movement of love, physical, is.
...is not this: mantra, visualisation, a doing, austere, repetition, something that can be made, in the mind, in the future, in the past, acquired at any expense, imagination.
`There are two aspects of mindfulness: mindfulness of an object and mindfulness of the centre. Mindfulness of the centre is, of course, our goal! Whatever observation is chosen for the meditation, it is just a tool. We can say that any meditation on an object, whether it is breath, mind, body or feelings, is a semi-meditation or negative meditation. “Negative” because it refers to the object and not to the subject. The object always belongs to the past. It is only the subject, the attention prior to perception, that belongs to Now.' ~A.K
Reality without object is the heart of Meditation.

Begin to live a real life!
Q: Why it is difficult to be in a harmony with ourselfs and for an
average meditator, to continue the practice alone?
A: Everything is difficult! Everyone expects easy things. That's
why, most give up before they really start. Seekers are so lazy! The
spiritual path requires commitment and sacrifices. One must be
disciplined and dedicated to the work. We cannot be responsible for
the embarrassing quality of most seekers! This work is not for
everyone but on the contrary, very few are mature and ready to
transcend ignorance.
Beloved, you don't need to feel a victim and complain about your
life. You have the power to awaken from the inside. If you are just
waiting for a miracle, not doing anything, you are wasting your
life! You are wasting the potential that was given to you. First, be
responsible for your inner world, for your own feeling, focus
inside, do your best and stabilise your Presence. Next, go into your
Heart and surrender into the depth of the Now. Begin to live a real life! ~Anadi
May you have the courage to cut through your own past and to evolve
into the New.

Inner observation
What we would recommend is more introspection and inner observation. This will help you grow in understanding of who you are and how your awareness behaves. There is no other way... ~Anadi

It is just how your senses are translating this reality, that's all.~Anadi

Ignorance?
Ignorance simply means a lack of wholeness. The sense of being of most is fragmented and distorted. There is no center of presence. Each thought and emotion creates a separate Me, a mirage without substance. Complete identification with the psychological stream does not allow one to experience any sense of clear identity, any real connection with one’s own self. One is deprived of basic peace and sanity. Ignorance is a state of deep and unconscious suffering.~Anadi
