Let go of control

Each moment is another chance to let go of control.
Life can be really and truly simple if we don't fight it. Ripe seekers understand that existance cannot be fully entered with ego in hand; thus they let go of control and allow the flow of life to live them. They live less from the mind and more from the heart. ~Maitreya Ishwara

Entering the Path

What is the Path and where does it lead to? You cannot know it yet.
A part of Entering the Path is the very risk of entering into the Unknown. But if you look into your Heart and into your being, you know that there is no other way. Have the courage to begin the journey into your ultimate Expansion. If you take the risk, you will be taken care of by virtue of the very force which brought you Here. Guidance is with you. Your Soul is invited to the domain of Truth.~Anadi

Where Does It Exist?

Master Tung-kuo asked Chuang Tzu,
"This thing called the Way-where does it exist?"
Chuang Tzu said, "There's no place, it doesn't exist."
"Come," said Master Tung-kuo, "you must be more specific!"
"It is in the ant."
"As low a thing as that?"
"It is in the panic grass."
"But that's lower still!"
"It is in the tiles and shards."
"How can it be so low?"
"It is in the piss and shit!"
Master Tung-kuo made no reply. CHUANG TZU

Without your story, NOW!

Simply ask yourself "Who am I really right now?"
In this moment, who are you without your story? without your thoughts? This question simply takes out the thinking you and all that is left is this feeling of being, of just watching. All that is left is this moment. Ask this over and over. "Who am I? Who am I?" Attentively. The question takes you immediately back to now. Now, you are free.~Kip Mazuy

22.1.05

keep watching

Simply keep watching. Keep going in, watching, watching, watching, and in the watching, in the pure watching, or doing nothing, the `I' will dissolve. But then there will be no one to know that the `I' is no more. Keep looking until there is nothing to see and no one to see nothing.

OK, Have a cup of tea now!

...this moment...

Awareness is continually here, it's not hidden. It's right here. In this moment---this moment...this moment...this moment...this moment...this moment---this moment---simply come back to this moment. And every time you find you are in a dilemma, or a confusion, or you are suffering, it is because you are not here.
You've gone off into the labyrinth with the chatter-mind!

Simply be here, in this moment, and you are free.

What Are Ya?

A monk asked, "What is Buddha?"
The Master said, "Who are you?"
–Joshu

In the present moment, we have no interest in past sage or future promise. If you want to know what Buddha is, look to your own mind. Who are you now? ~Josh Baran

At the edge of this moment...

This work is about surrender, and that takes trust. When the mind lets go, and you stand at the edge of this moment, without any concepts as to what is best, then the flow will begin. Then the infinite knowledge of Existence is available, but only moment to moment, and only now and now, and only as long as you are not in the way, and this takes continual total trust. This is love and love flowers from the inside.~Umi

Just peace...just a silence...

"Just this moment, when this silence pervades, who are you?
A nobody, a non-entity.
You don't have a name, you don't have a form.
You are neither man nor woman, Hindu nor Mohammedan.
You don't belong to any country, to any nation, to any race.
You are not the body, not the mind.
Then who are you? In this silence, what is the taste of you?
How does it taste to be?
Just peace.....just a silence......
and out of that peace and silence a great joy starts surfacing,
welling up, for no reason at all. It is your spontaneous nature." ~Osho

"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing
there is a field. I'll meet you there."

Just Watch!

Mind leads only to pain and pain and pain.
Reality can be found when mind goes away, thoughts cease.
Then peace, which is already there, becomes apparent.

7.1.05

Life is as it is

The truth is life is as it is.
Life is a mystery. What you are is a mystery. What everything is is a mystery. If you can accept that life is as it is, and that it cannot be figured out, then you are free to rest in this moment, to feel yourself in every moment existing as existance, as awareness itself, as the mystery itself. In this there is great peace and love and often bliss.

Surrender and effort!

Surrender is the only way to be free of
the illusory hell of our ego. But surrender
never bears fruit until we have made all
possible effort to realize our human potential.
Only when our doer can do no more, does
the divine grace of surrender really shower.

Live each moment as consciously as possible.
Ultimately it means living in total let-go.
~Maitreya

Living in total let-go

Totality of effort is the key in the first stage.
Totality of trust is the key in the second stage.
Totality is always the master key.
We are rarely total, and much is left incomplete.
When we start to live totally, we are transformed.
We become integrated and whole.
Totality can be learned.
This learning is the endeavour of spiritual discipline.
When we start to live totally we are blessed.

Ultimately it means living in total let-go.
~Maitreya
