Meditation is like a time for making love; for a woman to make love she needs to be open, available and willing. In order for her to have an orgasm, she has to be totally available and open. She can't have a full orgasm if she is in her head or if she is in control. Meditation also is a time of conscious surrender, a deep and sacred moment in our life. ~VY
